About verifying email
If you've signed up with your email and password rather than a Google or Microsoft Single Sign On, you'll need to verify your account to begin using the Uizard platform.
If you're having any trouble verifying your account, we'll go over the basics of how to request a new verification email! ๐
Verifying your email
When you first sign up, the system will automatically send you a verification email.
This is the message you'll see on your account:
You'll need to check your email and click on the blue 'Verify email' button to verify your account:
Requesting a new verification email
If you need to request a new verification email, simply click on the 'resend email' link within your Uizard account:
Not receiving a verification email
If you haven't received a verification email, please check the following:
Make sure that your verification email isn't in your Spam folder.
Double-check that there weren't any typos in the email you used to sign up for your account.
Attempt these trouble shooting steps and then request a new verification email:
Perform a hard refresh of your browser and try requesting a new verification email again.
Try again in incognito or private browsing mode.
Try using different web browsers such as Mozilla or Chrome.
Try using different devices.
