Contacting Support on a Pro/Business/Enterprise plan

๐Ÿง™ For anyone with a Business/Enterprise subscription, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager for the fastest response.

If you are on a Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan, you can contact us by live chat or email. Live chat is exclusively available to users on the Pro plan.

Contacting us by chat:

1) Anywhere in the platform, you'll find the Support "?" menu. Click this menu:

Contacting Support on a Free plan

If you're on the Free plan, you can reach out to us via email!

Currently, live chat is only available to our Pro users; however, you can email us at support@uizard.io and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! ๐ŸŒŸ


Unable to open chat as a Business/Pro user

Pro subscriptions are per organization, so it's important to make sure you're in the organization that has the Business/Pro subscription ๐Ÿ‘

If you're unable to start a chat, it may be that you're in an organization under a Free tier and not associated with your Business or Pro subscription.

Follow the steps below to ensure that you're in the correct organization:

1) If you're in a free organization, it will say "Free" in the top-left corner:

2) Click the downward arrow beside your current organization's name and then choose the correct organization:

3) Once you have done that, you will be able to start a live chat following these steps.
