What are the different Uizard plans my organization can subscribe to?
In Uizard there are 3 types of subscriptions available: Free, Pro and Enterprise.
When you create a new organization with Uizard, it is automatically subscribed to a Free subscription, whilst the Pro or Enterprise are paid subscriptions we offer.

How does the pricing logic of Uizard subscriptions work?
Billing cycle
The available billing cycle depends on the subscription chosen. The Pro subscription can be paid for on a monthly or yearly basis, whilst the Enterprise subscription can be only on yearly billing cycle:

Both paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) offered are charged for every 'Creator seat' added. Find the pricing in the table below:

To understand the logic better, let's examine examples of each possible subscription's pricing option:
Uizard Pro monthly subscription:
John's organization with a monthly Pro subscription has 3 team members with 'Creator' role assigned.
3 (creator seats) x $15 (monthly price) = $45
Invoice total: $45/month
Uizard Pro yearly subscription:
John's organization with an yearly Pro subscription has 3 team members with 'Creator' role assigned.
3 (creator seats) x $12 (monthly price) x 12 (months) = $432
Invoice total: $432/year
Enterprise yearly subscription:
John's organization with an yearly Enterprise subscription has 3 team members with 'Creator' role assigned.
3 (creator seats) x $39 (monthly price) x 12 (months) = $1404
Invoice total: $1404/year
How do I upgrade the subscription for my organization?
1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':
2) Click on 'Upgrade to pro' or 'Upgrade to enterprise' accordingly to your needs:
3) All your organization's billing is managed in Stripe, so click 'Manage billing in Stripe':
4) Choose billing cycle (monthly or yearly), find a subscription needed and click 'Continue':
5) Choose a number of 'Creator seats' needed for your organisation and proceed further by clicking 'Confirm':
6) Enter your credit/debit card details and proceed with a payment by clicking 'Continue':
How can I add extra creator seats for my organization?
1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':
2) Click 'Manage billing in Stripe':
3) Click 'Update plan':
4) Click 'Update quantity':
5) Update the 'Creator seats' number and click 'Confirm':
What should I do if I want to add more creator seats in the middle of the billing cycle?
There's definitely nothing to worry about, as you can add extra creator seats any time needed!
The extra creator seat addition works on a 'pro rata' basis, which means that you'll simply need to pay an extra amount of funds needed in order to finish your billing cycle with a new number of creator seats set 🚀
Example:
John's organization purchased a monthly Pro subscription for 3 creator seats on the 1st of April.
However, a new Product Designer has joined the team, so John added an extra seat on the April 15h.
Residual value of a total sum paid for the month:
3 (creator seats) x $15 (monthly price) / 2 (half of the month has already been used) = $22.5
New subscription's price with an extra creator seat added (for the rest of the billing cycle):
4 (creator seats) x $15 (monthly price) / 2 (only half of the month left till the end of the billing cycle) = $30
Difference to be paid:
$30 (price to finish the billing cycle with new creator seats number) - $22.5 (total sum, which has already been paid for the ongoing billing cycle) = $7.5
Invoice total: $7.5 (the next invoice for a full sum will be automatically issued on 1st of May - at the end of the original billing cycle).
