About canceling subscriptions
In this article, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to cancel/unsubscribe from your Uizard Pro or Business subscription in no time.
Additionally, we'll elaborate on what happens to your existing projects after your Uizard Pro or Business subscription's cancelation.
Canceling a subscription
When canceling your subscription, this will cancel at the end of the billing cycle and not immediately. You will not be charged further or for any other future billing cycles.
Here's how you can do this:
1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':
2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:
3) Click 'Cancel plan':
4) Confirm your intention to cancel your subscription by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' option and then click the 'Cancel plan' button again:
Pausing a subscription
If you'd like to pause your subscription for a set amount of time instead of canceling, here is how you can do so:
1) Click on the organization arrow and then the settings icon and then click on 'Billing':
2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:
3) Click on 'Cancel plan':
4) Click on 'Pause subscription':
5) Click the drop-down and then you can choose to pause your subscription for 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, or 12 months depending on your needs:
6) Click 'Pause plan':
Accessing projects after canceling a Pro/Business subscription
After canceling Uizard Pro or Business subscription, your organization will be automatically downgraded to a Free plan.
It's important to note, the Free plan limits your organization to a maximum of two projects and five screens in each of them. Therefore, only the first two projects and up to five screens in each of them will be accessible after Uizard Pro cancelation.
By the way, none of your projects (or screens) get deleted - they'll simply be no longer accessible to be viewed or edited. That being said, if you ever decide to renew Uizard Pro subscription, you'll be able to regain full access to view and edit all of the projects you had before the subscription's cancelation 🚀
