About name badges
Name badges/tags are a wonderful feature to see who's working on your project at any given moment!
If you're having issues with them, take a look at the most common troubleshooting steps below 👍
Removing duplicate name badges
Are you seeing your own name badge or a bubble with your name in it in your project? Or perhaps you see someone else's name multiple times in the project?
No worries! There is an easy answer and a quick fix for this. The reason that you see your name or other names duplicated is simply that either you or another user has the same project open in multiple tabs 👍

To fix it, you can:
1) Make sure that either you or the other user only has one tab open.
2) Make sure that you don't have the project opened up on multiple devices.
3) Simply wait 30 seconds, as all inactive collaborative cursors will disappear after 30 seconds 😊
