Screenshot Scanner is a very powerful tool that helps you take a screenshot and magically make it into an editable mock-up!

However, sometimes there can be some small issues or discrepancies along the way. Let's see the answers to troubleshooting these issues down below 🙌

While it's rare that Screenshot Scanner can't upload a screenshot, in some cases, there are certain screenshots that cannot be uploaded at this time.

Screenshot Scanner is magical, but we're working to make it even better in the future and make improvements. As such, a report will be sent to our engineers!

In the meantime, you should be able to upload other screenshots.

It's possible that there may be some small discrepancies between the screenshot you took and the transformation.

Here are some things to keep in mind and best practices for the screenshot that you upload:

1) If you're planning to upload a mobile app screenshot, for best results, make sure to take the app screenshots without a device frame:

2) Screenshot Scanner doesn't support tables at this time; however, you do have the ability to make use of the tables in our templates as a starting point after you upload your screenshot 👍

3) Sometimes there will be minor discrepancies with the font, placement, and images. These are things that will need to be manually adjusted afterward 🌟

While Screenshot Scanner isn't always perfect, we're working on improvements and it still serves as an amazing starting point for your web and app designs!
