The best way for us to understand the bug is to see how you experienced it. For this reason, we would appreciate a short video documenting your experience.
If it is not possible to provide a video, please provide a detailed description of the bug, and preferably, step-by-step instructions on how we can reproduce your encounter. It would also be a huge help if you can take screenshots.
