This is a short guide about the most basic information related to payments and billing in Uizard.

If you're already a Uizard Pro or Business user (or planning to be)- this is a great guide to skim through in case you've encountered any billing-related questions.


Accepted payment methods

Uizard accepts all major debit and credit cards, inclusive of but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Carte Bancaire.

If you have a preferred payment method that isn't included on our platform, make sure to reach out to us so our Product Team can look into the possibility of integrating it into the Uizard platform ๐Ÿš€


Adding a credit card

1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':

2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:

3) Find the 'Payment methods' section and click on 'Add payment method':

4) Fill in your credit card details and click the 'Add' button:

Changing the default credit card

1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':

โ€‹

2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:
โ€‹

3) Scroll down to the 'Payment methods' section, and click on the 'three dots icon' next to the credit card you want to make as the default. Finally, click on the 'Make default' option in the pop-up window:

Deleting a credit card

1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':

2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:

3) Scroll down to the 'Payment methods' section, and click on the 'three dots icon' next to the credit card you want to delete. Lastly, click on the 'Delete' option in the pop-up window:

Updating billing info

Updating your billing info, such as the business name, address, and VAT is easy!

1) Go to your organization's billing page.

๏ปฟ2) Click 'Manage billing in Stripe':

3) Click 'Update information' and enter your billing details:


Viewing invoice/receipt history

1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':

2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:

3) Scroll down to the 'Invoice history' section and find all invoices for your organization's purchases:

Downloading invoices/receipts as PDFs

1) Go to 'Organization Settings' and click on 'Billing':

2) Scroll down to the 'Manage billing' section and click on the 'Manage billing on Stripe' button:
โ€‹

3) Scroll down to the 'Invoice history' section and click on the 'Download icon' next to the invoice needed:

4) Choose 'Download invoice' or 'Download receipt' accordingly to your needs:
